Menen Hailu is a graduate of Columbia University with a Masters in Human Rights, concentrating on child rights and women’s rights. Young Voices, New Dreams stems from her thesis research: "Human Rights of Street Children in Addis Ababa: a Gender Analysis and Perspectives of Street Children." Her essay "Invisible Women" on women living with HIV/AIDS in Ethiopia has been published in the book All the Women in my Family Sing : Women Write the World - essays on equality, justice and freedom.

Michael J. Green is an editor based in New York. He holds a BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, and is responsible for editing, motion graphics, color correction, and digital delivery production at Chromavision NYC.

Luke Paige is an American singer-songwriter, composer and producer. He released his debut album, 'Viva City' in 2014, and since has worked with various artists, musicians and independent filmmakers to bring their projects to life. He currently runs a recording studio in Brooklyn, New York.
